Information Systems Manager

Position Summary:
Information Systems Manager will provide technical support and maintenance as requested, to include, but not limited to the following:
Essential Functions:
- Server & Desktop troubleshooting, maintenance and repair. RICC computer system consists of approximately 50 Dell PC’s connected to a Windows File Server.
- Group Wise support
- Network Administration
- Support for Windows 98/200/XP and Citrix operating systems
- Software and Hardware installation – either replacement software or upgrade
- Experience performing repairs to HP Laser Printers
- Support for Fiber, Cat5, and RS232 cabling
- Consult on Disaster Recovery Planning
- Update and maintain event schedules on RICC/RICCA web sites.
Experience/Training/Education:
Required:
Bachelor of Science Degree
Minimum of five years’ hands on experience
Desirable:
Windows certification
A plus certification
Programming skills
License/Certificate:
N/A
Ability to:
Quickly determine the difference between software or hardware issues with minimum impact for end users Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, peers, and the public
