5. Inventory and Rental Rates

A standard room set-up
includes theater, classroom, u-shape, or conference style seating
(subject to table availability), a head table, podium, one full
water cooler station, and one trash can. Please discuss availablility
with your Event Manager, as other events may require similar
inventory. Reserve inventory early to ensure availablity. Any
additional needs outside inventory available in the building is the
responsibility of the lessee.
