A standard room set-up includes theater, classroom, u-shape, or conference style seating (subject to table availability), a head table, podium, one full water cooler station, and one trash can. Please discuss availablility with your Event Manager, as other events may require similar inventory. Reserve inventory early to ensure availablity. Any additional needs outside inventory available in the building is the responsibility of the lessee.

Staging

Stair units $10.00 per unit

Dance Floor

4x4 grey panels, 81 total panels $18.00 per panel incl. labor to assemble
3x3 parquet panels, 294 total panels $15.00 per panel incl. labor to assemble

Exhibitor Package

(for any rented space)
