Services Exhibitor Services

Our Exhibitor Service Center is located on the third level, directly across from Exhibit Hall D and is staffed by fully-trained professionals that will help you with all of your ordering needs.

The Rhode Island Convention Center provides the exclusive right to furnish, install and provide, electrical services, air/water/drain services, T1 (Internet), cleaning and telephone services. Services are provided upon receipt of an official order form with full payment.

Before any service can be rendered, the customer must first submit the corresponding form, listed below. Forms for each utility/service must be complete with firm name, address and phone number and payment in full U.S. funds.
