Nick was so on top of everything and asked great clarifying questions on anything he wasn’t sure about. He was proactive in the planning stages and asked about things I missed. Everything was exactly where it needed to be once we arrived onsite thanks to his attention to detail on the forefront! Ashely was great, as was the rest of the F&B team! Missy and Liz were super fun to work with onsite. Best convention center experience I’ve ever had! Easy layout to navigate and incredibly friendly staff who were all helpful and quick to respond to any last minute requests.

Victoria was excellent in every way. She helped us work out the details of our program and how the RICC staff can make them happen. She coordinated with the F&B Manager to make sure our lunch timing worked with the space we had contracted. During the conference, Victoria was attentive to all those last minute needs that crop up, and solved each on expeditiously. She was a joy to work with! RICC is a great asset to the City of Providence and for the 5th time in 14 years has provided a superlative venue for the SNEAPA conference.
